Our Story

Founded by 16 year old Allison Frank (@theallisonfrank on Instagram), The Be You Tiful Initiative provides free beauty and styling services aimed at transgender and nonbinary people. After seeing a Facebook post in June of 2020 about a transgender woman who felt subconscious about her makeup skills, Allison realized how many people all across the gender spectrum may struggle with this as well. Having been a freelance and artistic makeup artist for a few years, Allison was eager to share her knowledge with those who may be struggling with this, especially those who may not feel comfortable going to a makeup store and getting help that way.
